As a member of Cup of Tea Psychiatry, you will receive discounted appointment rates, priority scheduling, and peace of mind.
How it works:
The initial evaluation appointment (up to 120 minutes in length) is $400. At this appointment, membership options will be discussed in the context of your specific needs. Once a membership plan is chosen, the first monthly payment will be applied 30 days following your initial evaluation.
Membership requires a commitment of four months at a time (the month of your initial evaluation is included). Follow up appointments included in membership can be up to 45 minutes in length at no additional charge.

Bronze Plan
$75/month
Includes one follow up appointment every 16 weeks at no additional charge
-If you need routine care and maintenance of current psychiatric medications that are working well for you, this is the plan for you!
Silver Plan
$150/month
Includes one follow up appointment every 8 weeks at no additional charge
-If you are not currently taking medications, or you are on medications either started by primary care or another psychiatric provider, but symptoms are not controlled as well as you’d like them to be, this is the plan for you.
Gold Plan
$250/month
Includes one follow up appointment every 4 weeks at no additional charge
-If you are not taking medications or are currently on medications either started by primary care or another psychiatric provider, and dealing with distressing and/or unmanageable symptoms, this is the plan for you

What if I need an additional appointment beyond what my plan includes?
Additional follow-up appointments are customizable and can include medication management visits (15 minutes), habit coaching sessions (45 minutes), goal setting & accountability check ins & more
Additional follow ups are billed in 15-minute increments at a discounted hourly rate of $300 for members. ($75 per fifteen minutes)
