ready to get started?
Before we schedule your first appointment, you’ll fill out a short screening form.
This helps me understand whether my practice is the right place for you to land. It’s simply a way to make sure you get care that truly fits, whether that’s with me or somewhere else that can support you better.
I review all screening forms within 24–48 hours.
Because these forms aren’t monitored in real time, they aren’t meant for emergencies or crisis situations.
If you’re feeling unsafe, in crisis, or having thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, please call 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Once I’ve reviewed your form, I’ll be in touch with next steps — whether that’s scheduling your first appointment or offering thoughtful referrals.
Either way, you won’t be left wondering what comes next. You deserve clarity and care from the very beginning.
Please note:
Adult new patient appointments are 90 minutes and billed at $350.
Pediatric new patient appointments are billed at $450, with 120 minutes reserved to allow adequate time to meet with the guardian and child separately and together. While the full two hours may not always be needed, the time is held to ensure a thorough, unrushed evaluation.
My intake appointments are long for a reason: psychiatric care deserves time, context, and a thorough understanding of your story.
New patient appointments include extended face-to-face time, record review, diagnostic formulation, medication education, coordination with support system when needed, and a thoughtful plan tailored to your needs.
